Toško Čelo is a settlement in the hills to the west of capital Ljubljana in central Slovenia, accessible by a paved road running along the ridge above the Kucja Valley (Slovene: Kucja dolina). It belongs to the Ljubljana Urban Municipality. The village was burnt to the ground in 1943 during the Second World War and was entirely rebuilt after the war. The area was part of the traditional region of Upper Carniola and is now included with the rest of the municipality into the Central Slovenia statistical region.[2]
